U.S. Paratroops in 1:35 scale is a set of plastic figures of American paratroopers of the Second World War from the manufacturer Italeri.
Responsibility details are not available.
This set of injection-molded plastic figures from the manufacturer Italeri shows American paratroopers of the Second World War in 1:35 scale. The figures are conceived in combat and marching poses and are completed with equipment and weapons. The set suits bringing dioramas to life and works as a scene in its own right as well.
American paratroopers became famous for their part in the Normandy landings and in other operations in Europe. Typical were their jump equipment, helmets with a cover net and light infantry weapons. The figures are based on the period uniforms and accessories of these units.
Clean up the mold seams and dry-fit the parts, and glue the small pieces with a slow cement for plastic. Spray the base coat with an airbrush and finish the uniform, the equipment and the skin with a brush. Bring out the recesses with a wash and pull out the edges of the equipment with a dry brush for a three-dimensional look.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
