Aber 1:35 photo-etched detail set – upper hull for the Panzer I, Ausf.B is a photo-etched metal accessory for refining the upper part of the hull of the Panzer I Ausf.B light tank.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a photo-etched metal detail set, not a kit of the whole vehicle. The set replaces and refines the upper hull of the Panzer I Ausf.B light tank and adds detail that injection-molded plastic cannot capture at the right thickness. It is meant as an add-on accessory for a plastic kit of this vehicle in 1:35 scale.
The Panzer I Ausf.B was a German light training and fighting tank of the 1930s. Against the A version it had a lengthened chassis with a fifth road wheel and a more powerful engine. It was deployed in the Spanish Civil War and in the early campaigns of the Second World War, where it was already falling behind and served mainly for training and as a command or support vehicle.
Separate the photo-etched parts with a sharp blade on a glass surface and form the bends with a photo-etch bending tool for clean edges. To glue metal to plastic use cyanoacrylate glue or two-part epoxy. Degrease the surface before spraying the base coat and lay down a primer suitable for metal.
This is a detail accessory, not a model of the vehicle. The base kit, glue, paints and other parts are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
