USMC ANGLICO Team Korea, winter 1950/51, 1:35 is a resin figure set from DEF Model in 1:35 scale, depicting a Marine Corps team of the Korean War.
Responsibility details are not available.
A resin figure set from the South Korean maker DEF Model in 1:35 scale. The subject is a team of the United States Marine Corps (ANGLICO, a liaison and fire-control team) in winter equipment from the Korean War, the turn of 1950 and 1951. These are cast resin parts for more experienced modelers; the set is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The figures capture members of a liaison and fire-control team at their work, which makes them a rewarding narrative element for a diorama of the Korean winter. The figures are treated factually, as historical military figures for a modeling scene.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, carefully cut off the casting blocks and true the joints up. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate) and fill the seams. Apply a primer before painting, build the skin up by layering acrylics or oils, and finish the winter clothing with accentuated folds and light soiling. Protect your airways when sanding resin.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
