This is a printed paper accessory for dioramas in 1:35 scale, not a kit. The sheet reproduces a German shelter half from the Second World War (Zeltbahn) in a period camouflage pattern printed on quality paper. This third variant offers a further rendering for a collection, so that a scene does not come across as monotonous.
A Zeltbahn served soldiers as a rain cape, a groundsheet and a tent piece – once several pieces were buttoned together, a shelter was created. In a diorama you will use it draped over a figure's shoulder, as an improvised tent, as a sheet on a vehicle or strewn about the terrain. The accessory suits models and figures in 1:35 scale.
Cut the motif out with a sharp knife or scissors; the paper can be dampened and formed into realistic folds. Glue it with PVA glue for paper or with super glue. It is a good idea to tone the edges and the surfaces gently with dry pastels for the impression of wear and dust.
