Resin barrels intended as a replacement for the plastic wing machine gun barrels on a model of the Junkers Ju 87B-2 Stuka dive bomber. The fine castings offer a sharper shape and a more accurate muzzle than injection-molded plastic. This is a detail accessory, not a complete kit.
The Junkers Ju 87 Stuka was a German dive bomber of the Second World War, easily recognized by its inverted gull wings and fixed landing gear. The B-2 version belonged to early production and carried machine guns in the wings. The barrels are a small but prominent detail on every model of this aircraft.
Wash the parts to remove mold release, cut off the casting blocks carefully and sand the mating surfaces. Because the barrels are so slender, handle them with care so that they do not bend or break. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate).
