The real subject

The Chinook in the CH-47A version is a heavy transport helicopter with a pair of main rotors arranged in tandem one above the other. Its glazing is divided into a greater number of panels, to which further clear and glossy areas on the fuselage are added. How to work with the fullest set

• Lift the masks out and apply them step by step according to the instructions, not all at once.
• Keep the offcuts of kabuki paper from the sheet — they are useful for covering gaps and transitions.
• Before multicolored camouflage, spray the lighter shade first and mask toward the darker one.
• Always press the edges of the masks down, so that no paint seeps under them.
• Once the masks are off, check the edges and correct any overrun with a brush.
