The pre-painted instrument panel Yahu Models Me 109 G-6 in 1:48 scale is a finished, painted photo-etched panel ready for immediate fitting into the cockpit.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a finished, pre-formed and painted instrument panel, not a model. The panel is of photo-etched metal with a color print and gloss dial faces, which faithfully imitate the glazing of the instruments. You fit it straight into the cockpit with no need for varnishing or for applying transfers to the individual instruments.
The Messerschmitt Bf 109G-6 was among the most widespread versions of this German fighter aircraft of the Second World War. The instrument panel of the fighter was densely packed with dials and switches; a faithful rendering of it markedly raises the realism of an open or well visible cockpit.
Take the panel carefully out of the fret, if necessary stack the individual layers according to the instructions and glue them with cyanoacrylate. Fit it in place of the original plastic or photo-etched panel. The gloss dial faces stand out on their own; for depth the dials can be topped with a drop of gloss varnish imitating glass.
This is a finished instrument panel, not a model. The kit, the paints and the glue are not included in the package.
