A set of resin figures in 1:48 scale from Aerobonus (the figure range of the manufacturer Aires). It contains a seated pilot and a weapons systems operator together with ejection seats, meant for modern two-seat fighter models. The parts are cast in resin and meant for more experienced modelers.
Modern Soviet and Russian long-range aircraft and interceptors carried a crew of two, a pilot and an operator. The figures are in a seated pose with the flight kit, helmets and oxygen masks of the period, so they fill a cockpit faithfully and give a model scale and life.
First wash the parts free of mold release agent, cut the casting blocks off and clean the joins up with your airways protected. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Apply a primer to the base; flight suits, vests and helmets build their color up by layering with filters and a dry brush.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
