Eduard Sea Vixen FAW.2 masks 1:48 are cut masking templates for the canopy glazing of the British de Havilland Sea Vixen carrier-based fighter.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is NOT a model of an airplane but a set of precisely cut masking templates from the Eduard brand in 1:48 scale. The masks follow the shapes of the canopy glazing frames of the de Havilland Sea Vixen carrier-based fighter in the FAW.2 version. The self-adhesive templates let you spray the glazing frames cleanly and quickly without lengthy masking with tape.
The de Havilland Sea Vixen was a British twin-engine carrier-based multirole fighter with a distinctive twin-boom tail and an offset cockpit. The FAW.2 version brought improved armament and equipment. The machine served with the Fleet Air Arm during the Cold War.
Clean the glazing, transfer the masks carefully and press them into the corners of the frames. Apply the paint with an airbrush in thin coats so that it does not run under the edge of the mask. We recommend spraying the interior cockpit color first and the exterior camouflage afterwards.
It is a set of masking templates, not a model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
