Photo-etched seat belts for WWII Yak fighters in 1:48 scale from the firm AML. A photo-etched accessory for a faithful cockpit.
Responsibility details are not available.
The set contains photo-etched metal seat belts matching the cockpits of the Soviet Yakovlev (Yak) fighters of the Second World War period. It is not a model of an airplane but a detail accessory for a more faithful interior. The maker is the Czech firm AML.
Photo-etched belts with faithful buckles replace the flat parts from the kit and raise the level of detail in the open cockpit of a Soviet fighter. The set tends to be sized for fitting out one airplane.
Separate the parts with a sharp knife, shape them with tweezers and bond them with super glue. Let the straps hang naturally over the seat; you fine-tune the shade with paint or a wash.
This is an accessory, not a model. Glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package.
