Eduard 1:48 Seversky P-35 TFace is a double-sided masking set for a model of the American prewar fighter in 1:48 scale. The TFace designation means that the set masks the glazing from outside and inside.

A set of cut self-adhesive masks for a model of the Seversky P-35 in 1:48 scale from the Czech manufacturer Eduard, in the TFace form. That designation is settled with this manufacturer and means that the package holds masks not only for the outside of the transparent parts but for the inside as well. Thanks to that you can spray the frames in the interior shade from within and in the outer shade from outside without touching the area of the glass. That is exactly the difference from the basic version of the same set, which masks only one side. The set is cut for a particular kit, so check the match with the model you are building before buying.
The Seversky P-35 was an American single-engine fighter of the second half of the 1930s and one of the first machines of the US Army Air Corps with all-metal construction, retractable landing gear and an enclosed cockpit. It was powered by a radial engine. In its day it was a modern design, but by the start of the 1940s it had fallen behind in performance. It was built in export versions too, and the design line it began led through further types from the same manufacturer to the later Thunderbolt.
Wash the transparent parts and let them dry. Apply the inner masks first, then spray the interior shade of the frames; only after that fit the outer masks and spray the covering color. Press every mask down with a soft wooden stick all around — the pressure decides the cleanness of the edge more than the paint itself. Apply the paint in thin layers; a heavy layer bleeds. Take the masks off with tweezers while the paint has not fully cured, and remove the inner masks only at the very end, before the part is glued into the fuselage.
This is a masking set, not a model of the aircraft. The kit and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
