Eduard 1:72 Blenheim Mk.IF landing flaps is a photo-etched set of landing flaps for a plastic model of the Bristol Blenheim Mk.IF. It is not a kit but an accessory.
Responsibility details are not available.
This set from the Czech manufacturer Eduard holds stainless steel photo-etch of the lowered landing flaps for a model of the Blenheim Mk.IF in 1:72 scale. It lets you replace the plastic flaps with fine photo-etched parts and show the wing with the flaps down. The set is an accessory to a model, not a kit in its own right.
The Bristol Blenheim was a British twin-engine light bomber of the Second World War. The Mk.IF fighter version came about by adding a ventral gun pack and served among other things as a night fighter. The Blenheim was one of the important RAF types at the start of the war.
The photo-etched flaps are built up from several layers, separated with a sharp knife and bonded with super glue. Lowered flaps reveal the internal structure of the wing, so it is a good idea to degrease them and paint them separately before the final finish. They show at their best on a model standing on the ground.
This is an add-on photo-etched set, not a kit. The plastic model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
