1:72 La-5 (early version) painting mask

Painting Masks Lavochkin La-5 (early version), 1:72

A set of self-adhesive masks cut precisely from flexible vinyl film, intended for models of the Soviet Lavochkin La-5 fighter in its early version in 1:72 scale. The masks follow the shape of the canopy frames and of the other clear parts, so when painting you simply stick them on and spray only the frame, not the glass. The result is perfectly straight transitions without the laborious cutting of strips of adhesive tape.

Use

• Peel the masks off carefully and place them exactly on the individual canopy frames.
• Press the edges down carefully so that paint cannot run under them.
• Spray the interior shade of the frames first and then the final exterior color.
• Remove the masks gently once the paint is dry.

Who the set is for

• Modelers who want to speed up and sharpen masking in a small scale.
• Builders who dislike the laborious cutting of tape for tiny 1:72 frames.

This is an accessory for a plastic model, not the kit itself. The paints and the model are not included in the package.
