Painting masks for the Pe-2 1:72 (SX-Art)

This set of precisely cut self-adhesive masking films from SX-Art makes painting a model of the Soviet Petlyakov Pe-2 frontline bomber in 1:72 scale easier. The masks are cut to the shape of its extensive canopy glazing and of the other areas intended, so the glazing frames can be separated from the transparent parts quickly and with crisp edges, without the lengthy taping. It is neither a paint nor a kit, but an aid for painting. It follows the dimensions of the Zvezda kit.

Use

• Peel the masks off the sheet and lay them exactly on the glazing, and on other areas intended where relevant.
• Press the edges down so that no paint bleeds under them, and spray with an airbrush.
• Once the paint has dried, remove the masks carefully; crisp, clean edges remain.
