New Ware Tu-16K-26 Badger G EXPERT kabuki masks 1:72 are accurate self-adhesive painting masks for the cockpit glazing, the other transparent parts and the wheels of the Soviet bomber Tupolev Tu-16.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of precisely shaped self-adhesive painting masks in fine Japanese washi tape (kabuki masks) for a plastic model of the Soviet bomber Tupolev Tu-16 in the K-26 version in 1:72 scale. It is not a model and not a part of an aircraft, but an aid for a clean coat on the glazing and other surfaces. The EXPERT version is the most complete level of the set: besides the masks for the glazing it also contains masks for the seals of the frames and the inner side of the windows, and further the other transparent parts and the wheels.
The Tupolev Tu-16, Badger in the NATO reporting system, was a Soviet twin-engined jet bomber of the 1950s. The Tu-16K-26 version, designated Badger G by NATO, was adapted to carry underslung guided missiles and represented one of the later strike modifications of this machine.
The masks are an accessory for painting a model. The model, paints and glue are not included in the package.
