Plastic kit of the Amodel 1:72 Yakovlev Yak-200, a Soviet twin-engine trainer of the early 1950s.
Responsibility details are not available.
Injection-molded plastic kit of the Soviet twin-engine Yak-200 trainer in 1:72 scale from Amodel. It comes as a conventional kit on sprues; the exact contents of the package, meaning the number of parts and the decal options, are given on the box, because they can differ between individual releases.
The Yak-200 was a Soviet twin-engine trainer of the early 1950s, developed by the Yakovlev design bureau. It was intended to train the crews of multi-engine and bomber aircraft and was powered by a pair of piston radial engines. The aircraft largely remained at the prototype stage and never saw large-scale production.
This is a short-run mold, so expect to clean the parts up more carefully, sand down any mold edges and do a little filling of the seams. Glue the parts with thin cement for plastic, lay down a primer before painting and apply the shades with an airbrush in thin coats.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
