A set of two B-8M1 rocket pods (blocks of unguided rockets) in 1:35 scale from Reskit. It is a resin and 3D-printed armament accessory, not a kit. It will find use on models of helicopters and of ground equipment that carries these rocket blocks.
The B-8M1 is a Soviet and Russian block for 80 mm unguided aerial rockets. It was originally carried by combat helicopters and aircraft; later the pods also appeared in improvised installations on ground vehicles and technical carriers. The block holds a bundle of tubular launch barrels.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, separate the casting blocks and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. Bring out the mouths of the tubes with a dark shade and sooting, and finish the metal surfaces with a dry brush. Sand with respiratory protection.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
