According to the name the package has custom parts added, that is pieces with which the machine can be built in a look other than the production one. The 1:12 scale is established for motorcycle kits, so the model fits in well among other two-wheeled subjects in a collection.
The Majesty is among the typical representatives of Japanese scooters with roomy bodywork, a low-set floor and a comfortable seat for two. The enclosed construction offers stowage space under the seat and shields the rider from the airstream, thanks to which these machines became a commonplace part of city traffic. In Japan a strong scene of individual modifications grew up around them, in which the height of the seat, the shape of the bodywork, the wheels and the lighting are all changed. It is precisely that side of things that the boxing with custom parts reflects.
On a scooter the bodywork carries the greatest visual weight. Before painting, put it together dry and check the fit, sand and polish the parting lines, and only then apply primer. Spray the painted parts with an airbrush in thin coats and once cured go over them with a gloss clear coat. The frame and the engine deserve a different surface from the bodywork; a flatter shade and a light emphasis of the edges will give the contrast needed. Chromed and polished surfaces can be managed with modeling foil or with a good metallic paint applied over a smooth base at the very end. Apply the decals onto a gloss base and settle them with softener.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
