This is a printed accessory for building dioramas rather than a kit of a vehicle or a figure. The set brings movie posters and billboards in a Ukrainian setting reduced to 1:35 scale, that is to the size that matches the usual figures and vehicles of this line. The number of motifs and the extent of the sheets are stated on the box of the set.
Empty areas of walls, fences and advertising carriers are among the most common weak points of urban dioramas. It is precisely printed posters and billboards that can place a scene in a particular place and period at once, without your having to paint anything freehand. Motifs in the form of movie posters also fix the scene in time more precisely than general advertising.
First cut the motif out with a sharp scalpel along a ruler so that the edges stay straight. Glue the paper down with thinned PVA glue or with glue applied in a thin layer onto the base rather than onto the print. So that a poster does not look like a stuck-on rectangle, ripple it, tear a corner or sand its edges down with fine abrasive. Once dry, go over the surface with a matte coat, which brings the sheen of the paper into line with the surrounding scene, and add light dust or a wash so that the motif does not look newer than the rest of the diorama.
The accessory is supplied as a printed set of motifs. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
