Responsibility details are not available.
A set of figures of modern Ukrainian soldiers in 1:35 scale from Black Dog. It is not a vehicle kit but an addition to one: the figures give a scene the scale and the storyline that a vehicle alone does not have in a display case. The castings are in modeling resin, which holds the fine detail of clothing and gear better than injection-molded plastic, at the price of more demanding preparation.
The figures show soldiers in current field gear. The 1:35 scale matches the usual scale of ground vehicle models, so they can be combined with vehicles and groundwork accessories in the same scale without any change of size. The exact number of figures, their poses and their weapons follow from the particular casting and are shown on the packaging.
Wash the parts in lukewarm water with detergent because of the mold release agent. Cut the casting blocks off with a fine saw and sand the seams with respiratory protection. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). With a multi-figure scene, set the figures out dry on the base first and check that the glances and gestures meet; only then glue them down for good. Paint after priming, in thin coats of acrylic; leave the faces for last and even the whole out with a matte varnish.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and a base are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
