1:144 Antonov An-24/30 wheels is an accessory set of landing gear wheels for Soviet turboprop aircraft. The package contains the wheels, not the aircraft itself.

A small accessory from the Armory brand that replaces the landing gear wheels in a kit already obtained. Both types given in the name share the same landing gear group, so the set is usable for both subjects. In 1:144 scale the wheels are one of the few places where a fine casting is really noticeable on a finished model.
The An-24 was a twin-engine high-wing aircraft that from the 1960s handled regional transport on routes where a paved surface could not be counted on. A rugged landing gear and the ability to operate from grass airfields made it a machine with a long life even outside the Soviet Union. The derived An-30 received a glazed nose and camera equipment and was used for aerial photography and mapping; it flew slowly, low and precisely along a given axis.
Fit the wheels at the very end, when the fuselage and the wing are painted, as otherwise they break off during handling. Look the landing gear leg over beforehand and shorten any pin so that the wheel seats without strain. The disks stand out when the tires are darkened and the hub is lightened instead; in 1:144 scale a difference of one tone is enough.
