This model from Metallic Details is a complete resin, 3D-printed kit of the Italian Reggiane Re.2000 Falco fighter in the small 1:144 scale. The set combines 3D-printed and photo-etched parts with decals and is meant for experienced modelers used to working with a multimedia kit. Thanks to the small scale the result is a compact model that suits a collection of several machines together.
The Reggiane Re.2000 Falco was an Italian all-metal single-seat low-wing fighter developed in the late 1930s. It stood out for its elegant elliptical wing and was used by some other countries as well, both before the Second World War and during it.
First wash the print resin residue off the parts, cut away the print supports and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Sand with respiratory protection. Lay on a primer before painting; the photo-etched parts are glued with cyanoacrylate glue too. Because of the size, work with fine tools and a magnifier.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted as a resin kit. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package.
