The DB9 of 2004 opened a new chapter of the brand: it was the first car on the aluminum VH platform and it returned a coupe with a 5.9-liter twelve-cylinder to the ranks of the most beautiful grand tourers of its era. Elegant proportions age slowly, and so the DB9 remains one of the most popular collector subjects among British GTs. The large scale only underlines its graceful curves, and in time an open Volante version joined the coupe.
