Paint Set - Pestilence is a set of Green Stuff World acrylic paints for figure painters who paint undead and plague-stricken units and motifs of decay.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of Green Stuff World acrylic paints intended for painting fantasy figures and wargaming models. These are water-thinnable acrylics that are applied with a brush and, once thinned, can also be airbrushed. The name of the set refers to plague and infection, so it aims above all at undead and rotting units and at everything that is meant to look diseased and decaying.
How acrylic paints work
Acrylic dries quickly, is thinned with water or with an acrylic thinner, and the brushes are washed out with water after work. Do not mix it with enamel or lacquer paints and do not thin it with cellulose thinner; the chemistry does not agree and the paint curdles. The pigment settles at the bottom, so shake the bottle thoroughly before every use. On a figure, apply rather thin layers so that the relief of the casting stays legible.
The set suits figure painters and tabletop players who want the paints for one theme together and do not want to assemble them bottle by bottle. Before painting, prime the figure so that the acrylic takes hold and does not flake off the edges. At the end a matte varnish pays off, protecting the paint during play. On diseased motifs a combination with wash paints works well, as they run into the recesses and support the impression of dirt and damp.
Keep out of the reach of children. Ventilate and use a respirator when spraying with an airbrush. Close the bottles well after work so that the paint does not dry out.
