Wheels with the four-spoke Revolution rim pattern in the thirteen-inch version, 1:24 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
Wheels with the rim pattern under the name Revolution with four spokes, in the version for a thirteen-inch diameter and in 1:24 scale. Thirteen inches is 330 mm on the real subject, so on the model the rim is roughly fourteen millimeters across.
A four-spoke rim has a far more legible pattern than a dense one: plenty of space is left between the arms, so the brake can be seen behind the wheel and the whole rim looks lighter. The small diameter at the same time belongs to older cars and to competition builds, where a tall tire sidewall was not a shortcoming but a necessity. On a model this combination is recognized at once and moves the build into the period it belongs to.
Fit the wheels dry and check whether they sit on the axle stub; open the hole in the hub up carefully with a round file as needed. Choose the glue according to the material of the parts; cyanoacrylate holds on resin and metal. Cut the excess material and the marks from production away with a sharp blade a little clear of the part and sand the surface down. Wash and degrease the rims before painting. With a pattern that has a deep rim well it helps to spray a primer, then the whole rim in a light shade, and to bring out the corner between the spokes with a dark glaze.
For builders of older road and competition cars who want to finish the model off with a striking wheel. The kit, paints and glue are not included, unless stated otherwise.
