An injection-molded plastic kit from Revell covering the cult French people's car, the Citroën 2CV, in the special limited Cocorico finish in 1:24 scale. The model offers a richly detailed body, chrome fittings and clear glazing parts. It allows the build with the folding roof closed and open alike, which is typical of this legendary duck.
The Citroën 2CV, nicknamed the duck, is among the best known European people's cars. It was made over decades as a simple, light and indestructible car with a characteristic air-cooled twin and soft suspension. The special Cocorico edition refers to the French national colors and appeared in the second half of the 1980s.
Glue the parts with thin cement for plastic and spray the body with an airbrush over a primer for a smooth gloss surface. Glue the chrome parts on last with cyanoacrylate, so that no fogging occurs. Protect the glazing with a mask while varnishing and lay the decals onto a gloss varnish.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
