An injection-molded plastic kit of the successful Czech rally car Skoda Fabia S2000 (the EVO version) in 1:24 scale from the Belgian manufacturer Belkits. The model captures the car in the livery from the prestigious Barum Czech Rally Zlin of 2012. The kit offers a well-worked chassis, a detailed interior with a roll cage and photo-etched parts. Decals with sponsors and race numbers are included; check the exact contents on the box of the particular item.
The Skoda Fabia S2000 is a competition car of the Super 2000 category with which the Skoda brand celebrated great success in the European championship and in the world championship for S2000 cars. The Barum Czech Rally Zlin is one of the best-known Czech rallies, and Czech crews in the Fabia were among the favorites there. The car combines all-wheel drive, a naturally aspirated engine and aerodynamic parts with widened fenders, the typical look of a rally car of its era.
Spray the body with an airbrush and overcoat it with a gloss clear coat, so that the deep gloss comes out and the sponsor decals blend into the surface. Apply the extensive decals onto a perfectly smooth gloss base and fix them with a decal softener. Finish and paint the interior with the roll cage, the seats and the rally equipment (a fire extinguisher, tools) before you close the body up. Photo-etched belts and seat frames add realism to the cabin. Use thin cement on the plastic.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
