These goods do not belong among kits but among refining accessories. They serve modelers who are building the turbocharged version of the Nissan Skyline coupe with the DR30 body from the beginning of the 1980s from Aoshima kits and want to move the level of execution on it beyond the possibilities of pressed plastic.
The Skyline 2000 Turbo RS stood on an angular two-door base and its main asset was a turbocharged inline four, at the time one of the most powerful in Japanese production. The car made its mark in home circuit racing and its sharply cut nose became the recognition mark of the whole generation. To this day it ranks among collector pieces that more people ask after at swap meets than there are cars. Precisely for that reason it pays to devote extra time to a model and not to stay with what the box offers.
Work in assemblies and seat each one in a trial fit first. The surface where an extra is to go must be flat and rid of grease, or the joint will let go. Carry a drop of super glue on the tip of a piece of wire, so that the mass does not run. Finish the glossy paint only at the end, so that it is not damaged during handling.
The set is an extra for building a model. The vehicle, the paints and the fixing material are not contained in it.
