Responsibility details are not available.
The Suzuki RG400 was a two-stroke sports four-hundred of the mid eighties, the road relative of the machines the brand raced with. It came about above all for the domestic Japanese market, where the class up to 400 cc had a special standing given by the rules for driving licenses. The combination of a light chassis, a full fairing and a two-stroke engine made it one of the most typical machines of its day, and to this day it is a rewarding subject for modelers.
This is a replacement final drive chain in 1:12 scale. According to the name it is intended for the Hasegawa 21509 kit, carried in the line designation as BK-9. The material, the number of links and the way of joining are given in the manufacturer's instructions, so look into them before the build.
Before you start gluing, put the rear end together dry. The chain is threaded over both sprockets, so it has to be in place before you join the swingarm and the wheel for good. Look at the assembly from behind at eye level: both sprockets should lie in one plane, otherwise the chain visibly runs off to the side. On a machine at rest the lower run sags slightly, so there is no need to tension it. Dose the glue with a pin, otherwise it overflows between the links and the fine rendering is lost.
The set belongs to a modeler who wants to take care even of what is visible behind the fairing and does not mind working with tweezers. The kit itself, paints and glue are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
