This is NOT a model of the helicopter but a detail accessory. The set contains a turned metal M230 cannon of 30 mm caliber, pitot tubes and the tail antenna for the AH-64 Apache attack helicopter in 1:32 scale. It combines turned, photo-etched and resin parts that replace the plastic pieces and markedly raise the realism of the model.
The Boeing (Hughes) AH-64 Apache is an American attack helicopter whose gun armament consists of the M230 30 mm chain gun under the nose. The fuselage carries characteristic pitot tubes and a tail antenna, which belong to the prominent details of the machine's silhouette.
Glue the metal and resin parts with cyanoacrylate and bend the photo-etched features to match the real thing. Wash the resin parts free of mold release agent residue first and cut off the casting blocks, and deburr the metal. Before gluing, verify the position against the documentation.
This is a multi-part detail accessory (metal, photo-etch, resin), not a helicopter kit. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
