A photo-etched detail set from the Czech manufacturer Eduard intended for refining a plastic model of the German liaison and observation aircraft Fieseler Fi 156 Storch in 1:32 scale. It is not a stand-alone aircraft model, but an accessory in etched sheet metal.
It replaces and supplements the fine elements that are hard to cast in plastic. It raises the fidelity of the model where thin etched parts show to advantage and adds details that a plastic kit cannot offer.
Separate the parts with a sharp knife on a mat and shape the bends in a bending tool or along a ruler. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate) over small areas. Degrease the sheet before painting and apply primer for good paint adhesion.
This is an accessory, not a complete model. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
