The set contains a pair of resin flash suppressors, that is, barrel muzzles, for the 20 mm MG 151 aircraft cannon in 1:32 scale. It is not a kit but a small detail part which replaces the simplified plastic cannon muzzle with a more faithful casting. Suitable for models of German aircraft of the Second World War armed with MG 151 cannons.
The muzzle and the flash suppressor of a cannon are a small but conspicuous detail which simplified plastic often fails to capture. The resin parts have a cleaner shape and a finer finish, so the armament looks more realistic, whether the cannon is mounted in the engine, in the wing root or in nacelles.
Separate the parts carefully from the casting block and clean the muzzles out if needed. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Spray them in a dark steel shade and pick them out with a fine graphite sheen.
This is an add-on set, not a complete model. The paints, the glue and the kit are not included in the package.
