Responsibility details are not available.
A set of classic waterslide decals in 1:35 scale from Star Decals. It brings tactical numbers, crosses and markings for the vehicles of the 2nd Panzer Division used in France in 1944, among them the PzKpfw IV medium tanks, Panther tanks and SdKfz 251 half-tracks with the short gun (Stummel). It is not a kit but an accessory for finishing a model.
The 2nd Panzer Division was one of the elite German armored formations and in 1944 it fought in Normandy and during the withdrawal through France. Its equipment was a mixture of Panzer IV and Panther tanks and a range of support vehicles on the SdKfz 251 chassis. The markings of this period reflect field conditions and the various late-war camouflage schemes.
Coat the surface under the decal with a gloss varnish so that the marking takes without silvering. Dip the decal briefly in lukewarm water, slide it onto the model and settle it with a decal softener. Finally coat it with a matte varnish and blend it in with the patina, dust and mud effects.
This is a standalone set of decals. The model, the paints and the varnish are not included in the package.
