Wash the part free of the remains of uncured printing resin, carefully cut off the supports from the 3D print and sand the marks down with protection of the airways. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Apply a primer before painting; for the unsettling look of the mutant, shading with acrylic paints and a fine patina work well.
