Three pieces of the FN MAG general-purpose machine gun in 1:35 scale as an accessory for figures, vehicles and dioramas.
Responsibility details are not available.
The FN MAG is a Belgian general-purpose machine gun of 7.62 mm caliber with belt feed and a quick-change barrel. From the nineteen fifties a number of armies adopted it, each under its own designation, and it serves to this day. It is used in the infantry role with a bipod, on a tripod mount in a static position and in mounts on vehicles and helicopters. Its recognizable features are the carrying handle above the barrel and the long gas tube beneath it. The exact form of the weapon in the package is described in the manufacturer's instructions.
Three pieces of the machine gun in 1:35 scale. The weapon comes out at just under four centimeters in length in this scale, so these are tiny parts that are worked with tweezers. The division into parts and any accessories such as belts or mounts are given in the manufacturer's instructions.
Cut the excess material away with a sharp blade a little away from the part and sand the remainder; with the thin barrels and bipods proceed carefully. Wash and degrease the parts before painting. Never paint the weapon silver: make the base dark, into a blackish gray, and suggest the metallic look only with a light pass of a dry brush along the edges, where armament really does rub. Tell the wooden or plastic parts of the stock and the grip apart with a flatter shade. Seat the weapon in the hands of the figures dry and adjust the grip, and only then glue.
The set contains the weapons alone and serves to complete a model or a diorama; paints, glue and other accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
