An injection-molded plastic kit of the French wheeled armored reconnaissance vehicle Panhard ERC-90 F1 Lynx, in 1:35 scale from Tiger Model. According to the manufacturer it contains photo-etched and clear parts, the hatches and doors can be built open or closed, and integrated parts make assembly easier. The model builds the light six-wheeled vehicle with its turret and 90 mm gun.
The Panhard ERC-90 Lynx was a French six-wheeled armored reconnaissance vehicle of the late 1970s, valued for its low weight, heavy firepower, amphibious capability and high mobility. The middle pair of wheels could be raised to run in a four-wheel configuration, which raised road speed. It carried a 90 mm gun and followed on from the older four-wheeled AML armored car; the vehicle was exported to a number of countries.
First assemble the chassis and the axles, and only then the hull and the turret. Glue the plastic with liquid cement, and glue the clear parts, the vision blocks and the lights, at the very end with cyanoacrylate glue or adhesive for clear parts so that they do not fog. Apply a primer and spray the national shade you have chosen; pick out the edges. Add dust and mud on the wheels and in the wheel arches with pigments and washes, and mask the wheels if needed.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
