This is a figure cast in resin in 1:35 scale. It shows a German soldier in the pose of a motorcyclist of the Second World War period and is intended to complete dioramas with a motorcycle or other hardware. It is made by the Polish brand Mantis Miniatures, which specializes in resin figures for 1:35 scale.
Motorcycles and motorcycles with a sidecar served the German army for reconnaissance, communications and transport. The pose of the figure matches a soldier riding or standing by the machine. The historical subject is treated factually as a reference for modelers.
Wash the parts free of mold release agent in lukewarm water with a mild detergent, cut the casting blocks off with a sharp knife and sand the surfaces wet and with protection of the airways. Glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. Apply a primer to the resin, build the uniform from the base shade and bring the detail out with a wash and a dry brush.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The motorcycle, glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
