A photo-etched detail set from the Czech maker Eduard for the Israeli Nagmachon heavy armored personnel carrier in its late version, in 1:35 scale. It is not a kit but a detail accessory. The set adds fine photo-etched parts, grilles, covers and small elements that lift the base plastic model to a higher level of fidelity.
The Nagmachon is a heavily armored personnel carrier of the Israeli army built on the chassis of the Centurion tank. It serves above all with engineer and infantry units in built-up and dangerous terrain. The late version is distinguished by a prominent raised armored superstructure for the commander and the gunner.
Separate the photo-etched parts and make the bends on a bending tool. Work in sections and glue the grilles with cyanoacrylate glue over small areas at a time. Degrease the surfaces and prime them before painting. The detailed character of the vehicle stands out after weathering with a wash and dust pigments.
The accessory does not contain the model itself, the glue or the paints. It is meant to complete an existing kit.
