A photo-etched set for a model of the Messerschmitt Bf 109G-6 fighter in 1:32. Metal parts sharpen up shapes that cannot be made from plastic.
Responsibility details are not available.
The Messerschmitt Bf 109G-6 was the most numerously built version of the German Bf 109 fighter. You recognize it by the pair of pronounced bulges on the engine cowling, called for by the breeches of the large-caliber machine guns above the engine. In that form the machine appeared on practically every front of the Second World War and is among the most frequently built subjects of all.
Photo-etched metal parts for a Bf 109G-6 model in 1:32. They serve as an add-on to a finished kit: they replace or supplement the places where a plastic part cannot be thin enough. The list of parts, their order and the kit they are prepared for are given in the manufacturer's instructions.
The parts are held in the fret on thin tabs. Separate them with a sharp blade on a hard surface, not with nippers, or they will bend. Make the bends in a bending tool or along a straight edge, and press along the whole length at once. To glue metal to plastic use cyanoacrylate or two-part glue, as cement for polystyrene will not hold here. Degrease unpainted metal parts before painting and give them a primer coat, or the layer will flake off.
The aircraft kit, the paints and the glue are not included in the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
