For Danish ground equipment six shades are prepared: the domestic green finish SK 80 complemented by a black for the disruptive shapes, and with it four tones of the desert and of the so-called rapid scheme of the kind the Leopard 2A5DK carried.

The central tone of the six is the green designated SK 80, which Danish vehicles have worn since the beginning of the eighties. It was applied either overall or in combination with black disruptive shapes to FS37030 and RAL 9021, which is the variant modelers know from photographs of home exercises.
Three further bottles belong to the color scheme that came about after 2007. The grayish beige RAL 1019 covered the vehicles of the Danish contingent in Afghanistan and is known for fading quickly in the sun. The fawn brown RAL 8007 and the fir green RAL 6009 made up the remaining two components of the division that the Danish Leopard 2A5DK carried alongside the vehicles of the training and support center.
The last shade is the green to FS34094, that is the tone corresponding to RAL 6031. The supplier points out a less usual role for it: it is the factory color of the road wheels of the Danish Leopards, that is a detail that on a finished model easily gives away how attentively the builder worked on the running gear.
A smaller package of six tones makes sense with an army whose vehicle fleet is modest in numbers but very distinctive in color.
