This resin set holds replacement wheels in the early off-road Gelände form for the German Opel Blitz truck. It is a detail accessory that replaces the plastic wheels of your model with more accurate castings, with a coarse off-road tread, not a kit of the whole vehicle.
The Opel Blitz was the most widespread German truck of the Second World War, committed on every front. The early vehicles carried tires with the off-road Gelände tread to improve going. An accurately cast tread and the detail of the rim give a model the authentic look of a working vehicle.
Wash the parts free of release agent, separate them from the casting blocks and glue them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Wear respiratory protection while sanding. Undercoat the tires in dark gray, bring the tread out with dust and mud and match the rim to the color of the vehicle.
The detail set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The base model, glue, paints and other accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
