Master Box Scotland the Brave (1:35) is a plastic set of figures of British infantry of the Second World War period including a Scottish bagpiper.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of injection-molded plastic figures from the Ukrainian manufacturer Master Box. The set represents soldiers of the British, or rather Commonwealth, infantry of the Second World War period, among them a Scottish bagpiper. The figures are supplied with period kit and personal weapons and suit a diorama as well as an addition to hardware in the same scale.
Scottish bagpipers were associated in the Second World War with the Highland units of the British Army; the playing of the bagpipes helped the soldiers recognize their own formation even in confused conditions. The set captures this historical motif together with ordinarily equipped infantrymen.
Separate the parts from the sprue and clean up the mold parting lines; use liquid modeling cement on the plastic. The uniforms come into their own after a base coat, the lightening of the surfaces and a fine wash in the folds. You will appreciate an airbrush for the basic tones and a brush for the kit and the faces.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
