A QuickWheel aftermarket set with replacement wheels for models of the Allied light off-road vehicles Willys, Bantam and Jeep in 1:35. The wheels are in the early rendering with the Firestone Military Heavy Duty tread printed around the whole circumference. This is a detailing accessory for the chassis, not a model of the vehicle.
The package consists of quality resin wheels with hubs and a QuickWheel painting mask for clean painting of the tires. The design of the coarse military tread is sharp and the mold seam minimal. The parts are in the color of the resin and are intended to be painted.
Separate the wheels from the casting remainder, sand the seating face down and wash the surface in lukewarm soapy water. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Paint the rim first, fit the mask and add the shade of the tire; a coarse tread will appreciate mud and dust effects.
The accessory is supplied unpainted. Paints, glue and the base model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
