This is a detail accessory for a plastic model, not a model of a vehicle. The set brings fine photo-etched parts for the British 30cwt 4x2 General Service army truck of the Second World War period in 1:35 scale. The etched elements replace coarser plastic parts and add details that cannot be drawn from a mold at the matching thickness.
Photo-etched parts usually refine elements such as grilles, clamps, fittings, small levers and the sheet metal details of the cab and the body. The exact contents are given on the packaging of the set.
Bend the parts in a bending tool or along a straight edge and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate) or with an adhesive meant for photo-etched parts. Before painting, degrease the metal surfaces and prime them so that the paint holds. Follow the drawing supplied.
This is an accessory for a model. The kit itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
