This set of photo-etched parts in 1:350 scale from the Eduard brand is not a stand-alone model but an accessory for raising the level of detail on a model of the American nuclear-powered aircraft carrier CVN-65 Enterprise. This is the second part (pt.2), which follows on from the first set, and together they cover an extensive fit-out of the model with photo-etched parts.
USS Enterprise (CVN-65) was the first nuclear-powered aircraft carrier in the world and for a long time the longest warship ever built. The ship served with the US Navy for more than half a century, and her vast flight deck and superstructure are among the iconic silhouettes of naval history.
Separate the parts with a sharp knife, shape the railings and the fine structures against a ruler, and glue them with super glue. On a large model, work section by section and airbrush the fine parts before fitting them.
It is a photo-etched detail accessory, not the model itself. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
