A set of forty tiny resin valves in the classic form used on the wheels of historic cars. It is exactly the kind of detail nobody notices while it is missing, but once it is in place the wheel stops looking like a casting and starts looking like a wheel. Forty pieces will do for ten cars and there will still be some left over for the inevitable losses in the carpet.
The parts are very tiny, so work over a mat, not over a carpet, and use tweezers. Wash the resin in lukewarm water with dish soap and separate it from the rest of the casting with a sharp knife, not with nippers, which would crush it. Pre-drill a hole of the matching diameter in the rim and set the valve in with a drop of super glue. Apply a primer before painting. A metallic paint applied with a brush will give the valve a metal look.
The set is an accessory, not a kit. The model, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
