The Kawasaki Ninja H2 is a road motorcycle whose inline four is force-fed by a supercharger. It carries a steel trellis frame that stays visible from the outside, and it is exactly that combination that makes it a rewarding subject for a model. The Carbon in the name refers to the version in which part of the fairing is made of carbon composite, so the surface has a pattern of its own and cannot simply be sprayed over with paint.
An accessory for the Ninja H2 model in the Carbon version, in 1:12 scale. A large scale invites a build in which you can see inside, and accessory parts are the usual way of getting there. What exactly the package contains and which kit it is sized for is given in the manufacturer's instructions.
If the parts are not made of polystyrene, ordinary cement for kits has no effect on them; use cyanoacrylate glue and apply it in minute drops. Cut off any excess material with a sharp blade a little away from the part and sand the rest down with fine abrasive paper. Wash the surface in lukewarm water with a drop of detergent before painting and let it dry. Test the seating of the part dry, because there is usually little room around the frame.
Builders of road motorcycles in a large scale who want the hidden areas to match the rest of the model. Paints and glue are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
