Responsibility details are not available.
A green shade from the Number Five color line. The name refers to the Formula 1 single-seater designated Type 25, whose look was defined by a dark racing green with a yellow stripe across the nose.
At the beginning of the 1960s the Type 25 was a breakthrough car: instead of a tubular frame it carried a monocoque structure, that is a pair of longitudinal aluminum members joined by a floor and bulkheads. Stiffness rose markedly, weight fell and the driver lay much lower than before, which reduced the frontal area. With a car of this construction Jim Clark took the world title in 1963. Dark green with a yellow stripe was the national color of British cars of the period.
For modelers of historic formula cars and sports cars who want to get the period green of the British stables right. It also suits models of British sports cars of the same era and accessories for dioramas, where the green is meant to look serious rather than loud.
The volume, the type of binder and the thinning are given by the manufacturer on the packaging of the bottle. Keep the bottle closed and out of the reach of children, and let fresh air into the room while painting.
