The 75 gal drop tank for the P-51 Mustang (1:48) is a resin, 3D-printed set of drop tanks from the maker RESArm for models of the P-51 Mustang fighter.

This is not an aircraft model but a resin (3D-printed) detail accessory. The set contains droppable fuel tanks of 75 gallons capacity, which were hung under the wings of the Mustang on long-range escort missions. The resin parts have a clean surface, fine seams and a faithful shape that lifts the look of the external loads on a model.
Wash the parts, carefully separate them from the print supports and clean up the surfaces with respiratory protection. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Paint the tanks and then hang them on the appropriate pylons; a smooth surface is rewarding both for a gloss varnish and for decals that have come loose.
The accessory is supplied as unpainted resin parts. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
