A resin detail set from Aires in 1:48 scale. It is neither a model nor an aircraft kit - it is a collection of detail accessories for more experienced modelers that enriches a plastic kit with faithfully cast elements. Detail sets of this kind usually include a well-worked cockpit interior and further exterior detail. The exact make-up differs between releases and is not stated here. The base kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.
The A-10 Thunderbolt II, nicknamed the Warthog, is an American single-seat twin-engine attack aircraft made for close air support of ground forces. It is marked by its tough structure, by a pair of turbofan engines in nacelles on the rear fuselage and by a massive rotary cannon in the nose. The A-10A version is the basic single-seat form.
This is an accessory, not a model. The base kit, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
